Job Summary: Looking for people who can CLEAN, PAINT or INSTALL CARPET. This is mainly what we do.
Experience in cleaning, painting and carpet installation preferred. Do you have good communication skills and can listen to instructions? Are you flexible and work as a team? Do you have a willingness to learn and problem-solve? Do you jump in, do what needs to be done and ask questions when you need support? Do you make decisions for the good of the company and clients, not for selfish reasons?
We go into a home once a tenant is out and restore the home back to rental conditions. We mainly work in the Holly area, but occasionally travel to surrounding areas. We typically work M-F.
$1,000.00 SIGNING BONUS* - *ask for details.
Pay increases may be given when a candidate displays dependable attendance and a thorough job performance/ability.
Responsibilities are one or more of the following:
- FINAL CLEANING: Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning appliances, bathrooms and sanitizing surfaces.
- DETRASHING and PREP: carpet removal and prep. Detrashing of household items.
- PAINTING AND DRYWALL: drywall patching, house painting including cutting in and rolling walls.
- CARPETING: padding and carpet installation, seaming.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for up to eight (8) hours per day
- Use of hands, including fingers, to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls which may be of a repetitive motion
- Reach with arms and hands sometimes overhead and in front of your body safely
- Vision abilities include close and distance vision and the ability to adjust focus
- Required to regularly push, pull, lift, or carry 50 lbs. Occasionally up to 85 lbs.
- Use of potentially hazardous chemicals
- Must be able to climb ladders, occasionally up to an 8-foot ladder safely
