We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our members, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless dining experience. This role is essential in maintaining high standards of guest relations and hospitality, making it critical for the success of our establishment.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor and ensure they feel welcomed.
- Communicate effectively with members to understand their needs and preferences, providing assistance as needed.
- Maintain an organized waitlist during busy periods and keep members informed about wait times.
- Collaborate with the restaurant staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
- Assist in managing the dining area, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for incoming guests.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance the overall dining experience.
Experience
- Previous experience in guest relations, hospitality, or food service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- A passion for providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail in a busy setting.
