Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met.
- Conduct floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
- Manage laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning materials in designated areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with special projects or deep cleaning tasks as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or industrial cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with custodial duties and housekeeping management practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
