Behavior Technician - Full-Time - Greater St. Louis (Daytime & After-School Hours)
Hourly Rate: $18-$20

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Under the supervision of the Director of Therapy Relief at Hope, Behavior Technicians assist to provide medically necessary Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with ASD and developmental disabilities of all ages for either daytime or after school treatment.
- Implement programming to teach children with Autism Spectrum Disorder using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.
- Effectively communicate with families/guardians about their child’s progress.
- Work with the treatment team to track session data and help clients achieve individualized communication and early learning goals.
- Assist with planning and preparing for individual or group activities.
- Model professional appearance and attitudes.
- Credentialed as RBT within 90 days
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or equivalent education.
- Successful background clearance.
WHAT WE PREFER
- Experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
- Enthusiasm for working with children.
- Has obtained Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
