Contract Rate Per Hour: $50-$60
Location: St. Charles
SUMMARY
At Therapy Relief at Hope, we are a dynamic team of speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and behavior therapists. This position is located in St. Charles and is under the supervision of the Director of Therapy Relief at Hope, the Speech & Language Pathologist provides and speech/language therapy in a school environment in the St. Charles, MO region. We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment that emphasizes compassionate care.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Evaluate students’ communication skills and implement speech and language treatment based on established goals, in individual or group settings.
- Serve, communicate, and consult as a member of an interdisciplinary team.
- Maintain detailed records and compile written progress reports and treatment plans as needed, IEPs.
- Evaluate need and type of augmentative communication devices (AAC) and provide guidance and training to parents/guardians, teachers, and/or staff members on the use of devices.
- Participate in ongoing IEP , as well as staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Master’s degree from approved school of speech-language pathology
- Missouri license in speech-language pathology
