Clinical Supervisor - We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for SUD and MH. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical expertise, leadership abilities, and administrative skills.
Primary Responsibilities: Clinical Oversight
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to a team of therapists and counselors
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based treatment for substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions
- Conduct regular case reviews and provide feedback to clinical staff
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed
Administrative Duties
- Manage program operations, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies
- Develop and maintain program policies and procedures
- Oversee documentation and record-keeping practices
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and program evaluation
Leadership and Staff Development
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for clinical staff
- Conduct performance evaluations and address any performance issues
- Facilitate regular team meetings and foster a collaborative work environment
- Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new clinical staff
Program Development
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance and expand program offerings
- Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in substance use disorder treatment
- Develop and implement new therapeutic interventions and groups as appropriate
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field
- Current state licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent
- Certification as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years of clinical experience in substance use disorder treatment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Experience working in PHP and IOP settings
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices for substance use and co-occurring disorders
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems and Microsoft Office Suite
