About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Registered Behavior Technician. In this role, you will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide evidence-based therapy to children with autism. Your primary responsibility will be to create a supportive environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness.

Responsibilities

• Establish a strong rapport with each child, adapting your approach to meet their unique needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with BCBA professionals to develop and implement individualized behavior plans, ensuring consistency and fidelity to established protocols.
• Accurately document daily progress, using this information to inform future therapy sessions and adjust interventions as needed.
