In this challenging and rewarding role, you will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to design and implement personalized therapy plans that foster skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children. Your Responsibilities
- Create an environment that encourages skill development and effective communication among children
- Collaborate with BCBA's to develop and implement evidence-based intervention plans
- Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes
- Document daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan
