Responsibilities
- Create a nurturing atmosphere that enables kids to develop essential skills and promote peer interactions.
- Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide therapy that has a lasting impact on young lives.
- Ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans and instructional materials by reviewing and monitoring outcomes regularly.
- Document daily progress notes related to the intervention plan, highlighting milestones achieved and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Age: 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- RBT certification and passion for working with children with Autism
- Patience, compassion, and a desire to advocate for families in the autism community
- Bonus points for experience in childcare, substitute teaching, daycare work, or autism advocacy
