About the Role
As a Behavior Technician, you'll create a supportive environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children. You'll work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide transformative therapy, reviewing behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes.
- Create an environment that encourages skill acquisition and development of functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness
- Work directly with BCBA to provide therapy and implement behavior plans
- Review and monitor daily progress notes related to intervention plan implementation
