Job Description
As a Registered Behavior Technician, your primary responsibility will be to create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children with Autism. You will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide therapy that transforms lives.
- Create an environment that champions continued skill acquisition and development of functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness
- Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes
- Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan
- Celebrate victories (both big and small), help kids and families celebrate milestones, and get more high fives than you've ever thought possible
