We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Hopebridge Autism Center in Sarasota, FL. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children with Autism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a supportive atmosphere that encourages children to learn and grow.
- Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to develop and implement effective therapy plans.
- Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes.
- Document daily progress notes related to the intervention plan.
- Work with children to promote skill acquisition and development of functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Possession of a valid Registered Behavior Technician certification.
- A passion for working with children, patience, compassion, and a desire to advocate for families in the autism community.
