About the Job
This position involves working as a Behavior Technician (BT)/Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA). The primary focus of this role is to provide high-quality support and services to children with Autism, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior plans developed by BCBA to promote skill acquisition and functional communication
- Collaborate with BCBA to monitor progress and adjust plans as needed
- Engage with children and their families to promote positive outcomes and celebrate successes
