Job Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Creating an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children with Autism
- Working closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide therapy that transforms lives
- Reviewing behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitoring outcomes
- Completing daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Have passed the RBT exam and completed the Registered Behavior Technician certification
- Have a passion for working with children, patience, compassion, and a desire to advocate for families in the autism community
