Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Creating an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children
- Learning directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide therapy that transforms lives
- Reviewing behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes
- Completing daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Passed RBT exam and completed Registered Behavior Technician certification
- Possession of passion for working with children, patience, compassion, and the desire to advocate for families in the autism community
