Your Pay and Benefits
As a Referral Support Specialist at Hopebridge, you will be responsible for collecting patient demographics and health insurance information to help our families maintain coverage for services.ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do
- Work with a team to help guide families through our Hopebridge patient onboarding process
- Initiate calls to new referrals in a timely manner
- Pre-qualifies patient referrals before moving them on to the next onboarding process
- Performing patient eligibility for new referrals
- Responsible for data entry for new referrals
- Contact physicians and insurance offices via fax and/or phone as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior authorizations, healthcare, insurance verification, and/or patient services experience preferred
- Prior medical billing experience is a plus
- Excellent active listening, customer service, and organizational skills required
- Working knowledge of medical terminology is a plus

Your Pay and Benefits
- Starting rate of $18.00 per hour
- Monday through Friday schedule
- 19 days of PTO (11 days of paid time off, 7 paid holidays, 1 paid flex holiday)
