About the Position
We are looking for a skilled and empathetic individual to fill the Registered Behavior Technician role at Hopebridge. In this position, you will work directly with children who have autism, helping them acquire new skills, communicate effectively, and prepare for school. Your collaboration with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) will be instrumental in developing and implementing individualized behavior plans that promote positive outcomes.Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a range of therapies to support each child's unique needs, including ABA and other evidence-based approaches.
- Collaborate with BCBA professionals to monitor progress, identify areas for improvement, and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of daily progress, using this information to inform future therapy sessions and adjust interventions accordingly.
