Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Nurse Aide at Hopecare in Cary, NC. The Nurse Aide will be responsible for providing personalized assistance with activities of daily living, monitoring vital signs, assisting with medication management, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients. The role also involves fostering meaningful connections with clients and supporting their overall well-being.
Qualifications
- Experience in providing personal care assistance and monitoring vital signs
- Knowledge of medication management practices
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and compassion for clients with special needs
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Nurse Aide
- Physical stamina and ability to lift/move clients when necessary
- Previous experience in home care or healthcare setting is a plus
