About the Job :
The Maintenance Tech performs maintenance and service throughout Hopedale Medical Complex and other properties owned and / or operated by Hopedale Medical Foundation. The Maintenance / HVAC Tech will maintain HVAC equipment throughout the complex
Responsibilities
- Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment, residential and commercial.
- Inspect, repair, and maintain electrical systems, residential and commercial.
- Inspect, repair, and maintain and repair fans, pumps, coolers, boilers, and general equipment
- Inspect, maintain, and repair plumbing
- Complete general maintenance tasks
- Assemble furniture
- Maintain grounds, including snow removal and shoveling
- Lawn equipment maintenance
- PM vehicles
- Prepare areas for construction
- Follow safety protocol and procedures
