Job Summary
As a Night Shift Med Surg Registered Nurse at Hopedale Medical Complex, you will provide planned and highly skilled nursing care to patients in a peaceful rural setting. Our hospital's low nurse-to-patient ratios lead to better patient outcomes, and we offer advanced healthcare delivered with compassion and excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and document patient status
- Administer medication, IV therapy, and drips as ordered
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Valid Illinois nursing license
- ER and/or ICU experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to work overnight shifts, 6pm-6:30am
Benefits:
- Night shift differential of $3/hour
- Retention bonuses for experienced night shift RNs ($10,000)
