Hopes Promise Respite LLC is seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Assistants (BAs) to join our team!

About Hopes Promise Respite LLC :

We are a leading provider of Intensive In-Community (IIC) and Behavioral Assistance (BA) services, committed to making a positive impact in the lives of children and young adults aged 5-21 with emotional and behavioral health challenges.

Job Summary :

  • Behavioral Assistants : Work closely with IIC clinicians to implement therapeutic behavior management strategies, fostering positive behaviors and emotional regulation in clients.

    • Responsibilities :

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual and family therapy sessions (IIC clinicians).
  • Implement behavioral interventions and support plans (BAs).
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and progress notes.

    • Qualifications :

  • Behavioral Assistants :

    • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field preferred.

  • Experience working with children and adolescents with behavioral health challenges.
  • Strong understanding of behavioral principles and interventions.
