Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the IICBA services, ensuring compliance with CSOC regulations and standards.
- Provide clinical supervision and support to staff, including training and ongoing professional development.
- Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to enhance service delivery and outcomes.
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans in coordination with the clinical team.
- Monitor and evaluate service effectiveness, implementing improvements as needed.
- Engage with families to provide support and guidance throughout the treatment process.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- Valid clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, or equivalent) in the state of New Jersey.
- Experience in IICBA services and familiarity with CSOC guidelines.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
