The Supply Chain Coordinator position is part of the Hopewell Beverage team and will be responsible for supporting all aspects of operations across in house and outside manufacturing.
As part of a fast-moving and fast-growing business this team member will report directly to the Operations Director and will be located in Hopewell Junction, NY.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the Following:
- Seamless execution of ingredient and packaging purchase orders from placement to on time and in full delivery to plant, warehouse or manufacturer
- Accounts payable and receivable invoice management
- Relationship management with vendors and manufacturing partners
- Support in house manufacturing and co-manufacturing partners with ingredients and packaging based on agreed production plans
- Inbound receiving of ingredients and packaging at plant and manufacturing partners to support ecommerce fulfillment and manufacturing
- Resolve escalations and deviations with partners to maintain in stock levels to support customer demand
- Inventory management of ingredients and packaging to support production and safety stock strategy
- Maintain documentation of all ingredients and packaging to manage lots and expiration dates to minimize obsolescence
- Participate in mock recalls for quality audits and support quality audit certifications
- Provide critical ingredient documentation for manufacturing partners
- Support retain program of concentrate and finished goods for all aspects of manufacturing
- Responsible to maintain clean inventory records in both google docs and ERP system and reconcile any discrepancies
- ERP system assembly for production of finished goods and concentrate
- Maintain supplies to support in house plant and office and ensure organization and cleanliness of office and supplies
- Back up support and coverage for critical team members
- Work cross functionally across the organization and with outside partners to maximize service
- Execute good judgment for all escalations to senior management
- Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 2-5 years of supply chain operations experience

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
