The Banking Operations Associate is responsible for providing exceptional member service by performing various banking operations tasks, responding to member inquiries, and promoting credit union products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Process financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
- Respond to member inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist members with account-related issues, such as password resets and transaction reversals.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including balances and transaction history.
- Develop strong relationships with members and other staff to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements

- Previous banking or financial services experience preferred.
