We are currently seeking dedicated Home Health Aides (HHA) to join our team and make a positive difference in the lives of those in need.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Monitor patient health and report changes in condition
- Help with mobility and exercises
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping duties (laundry, cleaning, etc.)
- Ensure client comfort and safety at all times
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or relevant experience
- CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
- Reliable transportation to visit clients in Lancaster, Newark, and Columbus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and caring attitude
- Flexible availability (including weekends, if required)
