Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated CNAs and HHAs to join our healthcare team at Hopewell In-Home Senior Care! This role is crucial in ensuring the care and well-being of patients while allowing patients to remain in the comfort of their homes.
Duties
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Interact and engage with clients to provide companionship and support.
Skills
- Proficiency in basic life support techniques and emergency response protocols.
- Ability to work compassionately with clients experiencing dementia or other cognitive impairments.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Attention to detail in monitoring patient conditions and documenting care accurately.
- Experience with in-home care is preferred but not required.
