Job Description:
Scheduling Care for Patients
Cultivate professional relationships and generating referrals
Intermediary between Patients, Caregivers and Case Managers
Human Resources- Caregiver hiring, discipline and dismissal
Data Entry and Records Maintenance
This position requires exceptional customer service skills, great attention to detail, ability to multi-task and confidence to work independently. The right person must have a positive attitude and be able to handle time sensitive issues on a daily basis.
Skills Needed:
Excellent selling, organization, and problem-solving skills
Outgoing personality with a great smile: exceptional customer service skills
Excellent interpersonal communication
Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
Hours:
Scheduled office hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
Must be available to participate in rotating on-call nights and weekend scheduling.
Pay:
Salary from $40,000 to $50,000 based on experience, education, and qualifications.
