Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive children's ministry program that aligns with the church's vision, mission, and values
Recruit, train, and support volunteers who serve in various roles within the children's ministry
Plan and execute special events and programs, such as Vacation Bible School, children's camps, and retreats
Develop and maintain relationships with parents, providing support and resources for their children's spiritual growth
Develop and oversee the children's ministry budget
Ensure all children's ministry programs and activities are safe and secure
Communicate regularly with church leadership and congregation about children's ministry activities and needs
Evaluate and adjust the children's ministry program as needed to ensure effectiveness and alignment with the church's goals
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Children's Ministry, Christian Education, or a related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in children's ministry, preferably in a leadership role
Strong understanding of child development and best practices in children's ministry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
30 Hours a week
Salary : $35,000 - $60,000
