Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)
Join HopeWest as a PACE Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) and be responsible for providing the highest quality of skilled and non-skilled care in the day center, or in the community where the participants live. The CNA will follow the established plan-of-care for each participant that may include ADL activities, meal preparation, monitoring vital signs, and communicating any concerns or changes to the proper IDT member.
What is PACE?
PACE or Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly provides comprehensive, coordinated, and proactive whole-person care to allow people who might otherwise live in a nursing home to remain cared for in their homes, in their community. There are 180 PACE programs, in 33 states, providing care to over 79,000 people and growing every month!

What You Bring:
- Current and valid Colorado CNA license, maintained throughout employment.
- Preferably 6 months experience as a CNA.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with elderly, frail individuals.
- Experience working with individuals who have some cognitive impairment preferred.
- Valid Colorado driver’s license, unlimited access to reliable transportation, and adequate automobile insurance is maintained throughout employment.
- Adequate computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook
- Current CPR certification is maintained throughout employment.
- Effectively and respectfully communicate both verbally and in writing in a multitude of situations and settings.
- Effectively work with and build relationships with others.
What We Offer:
- Pay structure starting at $18.50 for CNAs with less than 6 months experience, CNAs with more than 6 months experience starting at $20 per hour.
- $2,000 sign on bonus for full-time CNA positions.
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule.
