Quality & Compliance Support Specialist
The Quality & Compliance Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the PACE Quality and Compliance Department with all activities that drive overall quality and compliance of the PACE program. The purpose of this position is to provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the PACE Quality and Compliance Department by managing the support functions and details that result in a well-organized quality & compliance program. Specifically, this position will provide support on quality, compliance, and medical record initiatives and auditing.
PACE or Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly is a federal and state funded program that provides comprehensive, coordinated, and proactive whole-person care to help maintain and improve seniors' health so they can live safely in their homes. There are 180 PACE programs, serving more than 80,700 participants in 33 states.
The number of people aged 55 is increasing in Grand Junction, CO and the demand for eldercare professionals is on the rise.
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent, associate degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working (paid or volunteer) with the elderly preferred.
- Experience working in medical records and with medical terminology.
- Ability to focus on and process small details accurately and thoroughly.
- Prefer experience to be in a geriatric care setting.
- Experience in a PACE program highly desirable.
- Excellent computer and technology skills, experience with Excel reporting.
- Experience with medical record auditing and quality measures preferred.
- Good organizational skills.
- Curiosity—looks for answers/solutions without being asked.

- Competitive pay structure starting at $22.60-$25.00 per hour, depending on experience and education.
- Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
