Dining Room Manager at C. Ellet's Steakhouse
We are seeking a Dining Room Manager to join our team of hospitality professionals. Starting pay ranges $60-65k based on experience.
You will assist in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring guests are greeted promptly and properly, communicating special requests, and taking ownership for the overall guest experience. You will champion all aspects of the dining room experience, ensuring that the music and lighting are appropriate for the time of day, checking table settings, and adjusting décor in the space. You must be able to have a keen eye to cleanliness and organization of the space and lead a thriving, organized, and professional team with care for excellent guest experience. Overseeing the quality and expediency of food and beverages while maintaining safety, sanitation, and general maintenance.
What are the requirements?
- 1 years of restaurant management experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook 365, and Excel
- Strong financial management background
- Excellent math, reading, writing, and communication skills
- Able to stand for long periods of time; occasionally kneel, bend, and crouch as required to reach items at varying height levels
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment calmly and effectively
