Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain a working knowledge of all recipes, steak temperatures, and production times.
- Prepare, portion, and garnish foods to recipe specifications.
- Set up and maintain a clean, organized station according to brand standards.
- Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards, maintaining equipment cleanliness.
- Work as a team player, assisting fellow staff with guest interactions and bar duties to contribute to a positive working environment.
- Prioritize multiple tasks and communicate with management and service teams about next steps.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- 2 years of relevant experience as a line cook.
- Food safety knowledge.
- Advanced knife skills.
- Able to move and/or lift heavier product of up to 50 pounds.
- Able to stand for long periods of time; occasionally kneel, bend, and crouch as required.
