Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage civil construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and timelines for projects.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements and objectives are met.
- Lead project planning, including scope definition, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Identify risks, manage changes, and resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track.
- Assist in preparing bids and proposals for new projects.
- Review and approve subcontractor invoices and change orders.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
