Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Front Office Personnel to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires a professional demeanor, communication skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, providing accurate information or taking messages as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a positive image of the company.
- Assist in managing appointment schedules and meeting.
- Provide basic administrative support, including photocopying, faxing, filing, and data entry.
- General knowledge of Mircrosoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
