Duties
- Perform flooring installation, ensuring proper alignment and secure fitting of materials.
- Execute fixture installation, including cabinets, countertops, and other built-in elements.
- Read and interpret blueprints to accurately assess project requirements and specifications.
- Engage in concrete forming for foundations and other structural elements as needed.
- Restore and repair existing structures, maintaining the integrity and aesthetics of the work.
- Conduct construction estimating to provide accurate material and labor cost assessments for projects.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
- Handle heavy lifting as required during installations and material transport.
Experience
Candidates should have a proven track record in carpentry with experience in the following areas:
- Flooring installation techniques and materials.
- Basic electrical work related to fixture installations.
- Knowledge of stucco application processes.
- Familiarity with heavy lifting protocols and safety measures.
- Experience in blueprint reading for effective project execution.
