25-SAT - Substitute Athletic Trainer

TITLE : Substitute Athletic Trainer

TYPE OF POSITION : Contingent (as needed); 2024-2025 school year; salary $45 / hour

LOCATION : Middle &High Schools, Hopkinton, Massachusetts

AREA OF CONSIDERATION : All qualified candidates

The Athletic Trainer works directly with students and helps with the maintenance, assessment, rehabilitation, and evaluation of student-athletes' health, injuries, and other medical conditions. The Athletic Trainer reports to the principal(s) and the Athletic Director.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Board Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) and Commonwealth of MA Licensure (LATC);
• First Aid and CPR Teaching Certification;
• Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution, Master's Degree preferred;
• Experience working with adolescents;
• Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent or Athletic Director may find appropriate and in conformity with state licensure requirements.
