What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Management Maintenance Coordinator position at Hoppis Real Estate Services?
Property Management company is seeking to expand the maintenance coordination by hiring additional staff. Part-time or Full-time being considered. Hoppis Companies has been in business for 26 years and most of our staff stay for years. We are looking for an individual who is willing to learn our systems while helping up improving on keeping systems up to date.
Responsibilities':
- Schedule maintenance technicians' to complete necessary repairs to residential real estate Customers
- Take calls from Customers about service issues
- Keep maintenance log up to date
- Obtaining estimates as requested from vendors
- On-boarding of new Vendors
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 products
- Time management and best route practices on scheduling
- Follow up with Residents about completed maintenance
Qualifications:
- Proficient in reading and interpreting service requests
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Prior experience in facilities management or maintenance coordination
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 28 – 40 per week
