Role Description:

The Client Engagement Manager will focus on building and nurturing relationships with healthcare organizations and partners to ensure the effective adoption and integration of clinical AI solutions. This role requires a blend of B2B client engagement experience, strong communication skills, and project management expertise to drive successful outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for client engagement throughout the partnership lifecycle.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key client stakeholders.
    • Understand client strategic objectives, challenges, and expectations, and ensure alignment with the solutions provided.
  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
    • Collaborate with clients to gather detailed requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
    • Work with technical teams to ensure that the ML models and solutions meet the client's needs and are aligned with industry best practices.
  • Client Communication:
    • Provide regular updates to clients on engagement/project status, deliverables, and any issues or changes in scope.
    • Manage client expectations, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly and effectively.
    • Present project results and insights to clients, demonstrating the value delivered by the ML solutions.
  • Data Insights and Business Development:
    • Support the client revenue growth, including strategic account management, proposal and SOW development and client presentations.
    • Identify new business opportunities through data-driven insights with existing clients and work to expand our market presence.
    • Identify product gaps that need to be addressed to support satisfaction and competitive advantage.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with Client Engagement, product, and support teams to align on client needs and drive a unified engagement strategy.
    • Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Issue Resolution:
    • Address and resolve client concerns in a timely manner, ensuring a smooth and positive client experience.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Experience: 3-5 years in a customer-facing B2B client engagement, account management, project management or client success role, preferably in the healthcare or clinical AI industry.
  • Technical Acumen: Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and the ability to discuss technical details with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills tailored to a professional B2B audience. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, with a focus on delivering value and achieving client satisfaction.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze client data to drive engagement strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously. Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
