The Bartender is responsible for running the bar while upholding service and quality standards. Their duties include preparing and serving alcoholic beverages, knowledge of the menu, taking food orders, accepting payment from customers, cleaning glasses and bar utensils and cleaning, stocking and closing the bar at the end of the night.
