As the Community Outreach Leader, you will be responsible for building relationships throughout our communities, educating community members about their healthcare options, and guiding local residents to becoming Hopscotch patients. This position is based in Rutherford County, NC, and your office will be home-based, with regular travel locally in the community.
About the Role
You will serve as an ambassador for Hopscotch Primary Care in the community and the primary point-of-contact for prospective patients. As the Community Outreach Leader, you will be responsible for building relationships throughout our communities, educating community members about their healthcare options, and guiding local residents to becoming Hopscotch patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Fostering a sense of community in Hopscotch clinics; planning, executing, and attending Hopscotch events; attending community events and engaging with prospective patients and/or partners.
- Developing, implementing, and executing an effective sales strategy to achieve patient acquisition targets; generating leads by prospecting, building, and maintaining relationships throughout the community.
- Tracking full-cycle outreach activities into CRM system and other relevant business applications, from inputting new leads to successfully onboarding and retaining patients.
