Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in a dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy and office management skills, with the ability to handle various administrative tasks efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent support to both staff and clients.
Duties
- Answer phones
- Direct calls/take messages
- Gather information from clients that call about services/schedule consultations
- Create spreadsheets with MS Excel
- Filing as necessary
- Keep necessary forms stocked for employee access
- Assist in hiring new employees
- Call vendors to order materials and/or set up deliveries (shop dumpster, propane office supplies, furniture etc.)
- Open/close office as necessary
- Follow up calls to clients
- Lite cleaning
- Vacuum as necessary
- Assist with scheduling
- Inventory, min/max
Marketing duties
- Manage company email accounts
- Assist owner with marketing campaigns/mass emailing
- Labeling product literature
- Learn about services we provided to our clients
- Call and email clients for scheduling updates and general customer service.
Among other duties that may be needed
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
