Role Description
This is an internship role for a Hop Breeding Intern at Hopsteiner. The role will involve working on-site at our location in Prosser, WA. The intern will participate in day-to-day tasks related to hop breeding, research, and fieldwork to support the development of high-quality hop varieties.
Qualifications
- Experience or interest in agriculture, specifically hop breeding
- Strong research and fieldwork skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a team
- Knowledge of plant genetics or breeding is a plus
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Currently pursuing a degree in Agriculture, Plant Science, or related field
