Horace Mann is hiring Customer Service Representatives in our Addison, Tx office. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering incoming customer calls, while delivering Distinctive customer service to our educators. This position is Monday - Friday and you must be able to work between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm central time. This position will become hybrid after 4 -6 months which means at least 3 days at home and 2 days in the office.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls in the Customer Service queue.
- Resolve customer service issues on an as needed basis.
- Record each contact into Genesys for tracking purposes and monitor resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments to assist customers and resolve issues.
- Maintain 90% quality and schedule adherence.
- Once proficiency in Customer Service is demonstrated, may begin training on Agent Support.
Requirements:
- Must have H.S. Diploma or GED equivalent, required
- 6-12 months of customer service experience, required
- Two or more years customer service call center experience, preferred.
- Be flexible to work between the hours of 8 am - 6 pm central.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
Pay Range:
$16.20 - $25.43/hr.
Salary is commensurate to experience, location, etc.
