What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property & Casualty -Inside Sale Representative position at Horace Mann?
We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to sell Auto and Property products by taking in-bound calls, placing out-bound calls and responding to email, voicemail and internet/web inquiries. This is a remote position you must already hold your P&C licensure and be able to work an eight-hour shift during hours of operation M-F between 8a-8p central and Saturday from 9a-2p central.

Responsibilities
- Maintain daily contact volume to ensure production goals are met
- Utilize sales skills to ensure proper close ratio goals are met

- Maintain licensing regulation/requirements
Requirements
- H.S. Diploma or GED equivalent, required
- 2 years of college or equivalent business experience
- Must have P&C License
- Call center or customer service experience
Pay Range:
- $19.66 - $29.04 per hour sales incentive bonus.
Salary is commensurate to experience, location, etc
Work location is flexible if approved by the Company except that the position may not be performed remotely from NYC
