Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement growth strategies and tactical plans for assigned accounts using consultative sales techniques.
- Conduct regular business updates and strategic planning sessions with clients, both virtually and in-person.
- Identify and execute promotional and marketing opportunities, coordinating efforts with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and implementation.
- Manage product placement and marketing efforts through dealer networks, providing comprehensive account management support.
- Maintain accuracy of sales data and customer activity within CRM systems, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to identify and manage participation in domestic and international trade shows.
- Conduct competitive analysis and produce monthly sales reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support team and business objectives.
- Associate's degree in Business or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- 5-7 years of experience in account management, with international experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build long-term relationships.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of dental lab procedures and product applications is a plus.
- Fluency in Spanish or Asian languages is advantageous.
