Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of shipping and receiving, including inbound and outbound product flow
- Ensure accuracy in documentation and physical product handling
- Coordinate inventory control activities, with a focus on high cycle counts
- Operate forklifts and other equipment safely and efficiently
- Utilize ERP systems for inventory management (QuickBooks Inventory experience preferred but not required)
- Maintain compliance with all food safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and accurate order fulfillment
- Maintain organized records and ensure efficient use of space and resources
- Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Lead distribution processes with a focus on accuracy, safety, and timeliness
- Prior experience in a shipping and receiving lead role
- Strong knowledge of inbound and outbound logistics processes
- Experience working with small products and high cycle count environments
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems (QuickBooks Inventory is a plus)
- Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Forklift operation experience required
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing or distribution setting preferred
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical warehouse duties
Salary : $22 - $25
