About Our Search

Hord Coplan Macht (HCM) is looking for a BIM Coordinator to join the Technical Services team. Our next team member will have a passion for design excellence, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to client service. They will be internally facing, working with the Design Technology Team and our internal BIM group to implement standards and help enforce best practices. They will be expected to manage, organize, and coordinate their HCM team and our engineering consultants to successfully execute architectural projects. This is a remote position.

About the Position

• BIM 360 / ACC Setup – receive New Project Requests, initiate Cloud Collaboration, and advise Model Manager on Sharing Protocols
• BIM 360 / ACC Coordination – regularly review Project Dashboard and Services (modules)
• BIM 360 / ACC Support – respond to Support Tickets related to model sharing and permissions with internal and external teams
• BIM 360 / ACC Development – stay current with Autodesk roadmap and platform advancements
• HCM Model Review – identify projects and generate reports for the Model Manager to address issues
• HCM Template and Content Integration – as part of Model Reviews, update projects to conform to standards and coordinate with Project Delivery
• HCM Code Tools – support an Automation initiative reliant on HCM Template and Content conformity
• HCM 2030 Reporting Data – notify the Project Manager when incomplete and coordinate with Sustainability
• BIM Support – respond to Support Tickets related to model performance, firm standards, and workflow questions.

About You

• 5 - 10 years in a relevant position.
• Ability to break down ambitious projects into a series of specific short-term plans and work through each plan diligently
• An intuitive method for maintaining progress and productivity
• Comfortable with routine and structure but flexible to accommodate irregular support requests
• Derive enjoyment from execution and completion of tasks
• BIM Leadership
• Expert Level BIM 360 / ACC Knowledge
• Project Coordination / Model Remediation / Corrupt Model Troubleshooting

Colorado Statement

The projected base salary for this full-time position is $85,000 - $105,000. Hord Coplan Macht's salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, as well as the individual's educations, experience, and skillsets. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of HCM’s total compensation package for employees.
