Our North American Semiconductor group is searching for an experienced Consignment Coordinator in Austin, TX.
In this exciting role, you will :
- Coordinate customer consignment programs.
- Create consignment fill up / replenishment sales orders for shipping products to customers in SAP.
- Create consignment issues sales orders to bill customers for material consumed in SAP.
- Create delivery notes, assign serials, and post deliveries for consumption.
- Communicate with customers on current delivery schedule, stock levels and bin sizing.
- Monitor, compare, and reconcile customer inventory levels against SAP system on a weekly basis.
- Review customer forecast to ensure adequate material levels are supported for each customer.
- Research in SAP for shipment issues for any discrepancies and negotiate with the customer to fix.
- Run stock, sales, and consignment stock in SAP.
- Work with Materials to ensure drop shipments are processed and any issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Send drop ship information to purchasing to schedule deliveries with the factory.
- Attend customer
- Work with materials and accounting to report inventory and discrepancies. Resolve accounting issues internally and with customers
