We are looking for a motivated field service specialist to support customers across the West Coast (primarily California to Texas) with technical service and onsite assistance. You will be part of a dynamic team, ensuring smooth installations, troubleshooting, and repairs of advanced instrumentation. Expect up to 90% travel, including some consecutive overnight stays, and initial training in New Jersey for 3-4 weeks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide onsite and remote technical support for customers, field service engineers, and affiliates across the West Coast region.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues with advanced instrumentation and computer systems.
- Perform product installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
- Manage service cases and maintain accurate records using ServiceMax.
- Train customers on equipment usage and maintenance.
- Participate in monthly training at our New Jersey office during the first 6-12 months to develop expertise in our products.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, R&D, and production, to ensure customer satisfaction.
