Serves customers by providing product and service information; acts as a liaison between customers and Horiba service/sales department, assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, and other queries; and resolves product and service problems.

Skills/Experience Required
- Associates Degree/High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to deal with people in an uplifting manner and works well with others.
- Ability to solve customer and Horiba concerns.
- Ability to be a quick thinker, research and troubleshoot problems until resolved.
- Receive incoming calls and make outbound calls while recording all calls in detail.
- Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- SAP or Salesforce experience would be preferred.
